About Lone Star Layers
A small specialty poultry breeder in Lubbock, Texas, focused on distinctive genetics, colorful and dark egg lines, and responsible flock management.
Beautiful Eggs by Design
Lone Star Layers is operated by Sean in Lubbock, Texas. What began as an interest in distinctive poultry genetics grew into a breeding program centered on birds that are as interesting as the eggs they produce.
We work with specialty lines including Marans, Zombie, Brahma, Ayam Cemani, Olive Eggers, Easter Eggers, Welsummers, Ameraucana and other carefully selected genetics. Our focus is hatching eggs, chicks, and quality birds for people who value unusual genetics and colorful egg baskets.
“Beautiful Eggs by Design” reflects the goal: thoughtful breeding choices, good flock management, and genetics selected with purpose.
Lone Star Layers is not a public storefront. Local pickup is available weekdays and weekends by appointment in Lubbock, Texas. We do not publish the physical pickup address; details are provided when an appointment is confirmed.
